How can I open the iBooks format on my iPad?
If you don’t have the iBooks app installed on your iPad, you can download the iBooks app for free at the iTunes store. Download the iBooks format on your browser. After it loads, click the ‘Open in iBooks’ option.

Why can’t I open the iBooks format with the iBooks app on my iPhone?
The iBooks format of your Swipe Album can only be opened by the iBooks on the iPad. However, you can download the PDF file of your Swipe Album and open it in iBooks for the iPhone.

Can I give you an Instagram hashtag and make an album out of it?
Yes, as long as you have permission from the owners of the photos, and their Instagram feeds are set to public so that we can download the photos ($20 service fee applies). If you upload the photos yourself through our order form, there is no additional charge.

If the hashtag is for an upcoming event, please let us know in advance so we can monitor and download the photos as it is uploaded ($20 additional service charge applies).

Do you only layout Instagram photos?
No, we can layout photos from other sources too, including Facebook.

I want a custom-Swipe wedding album. Can you make me one?
Of course! But please make sure though that you have permission from your photographer to use the photos for a Swipe Album.

Do you edit the photos?
For the insta-Swipe Album, we use photos as is. For the custom-Swipe Album, we edit, color correct and sharpen the photos to make sure they look terrific on your iPad.

How many pages will my Swipe Album have? How many photos do you need?
A Swipe Album’s number of pages typically ranges from 25 to a max of 40 pages as it depends on the number of photos we can use. We would need at least a 100-300 photos to choose from.

How do you choose the photos?
We choose the photographs based on a theme to the best of our abilities. Sometimes, the photos chosen may or may not be your preferred choice as some may have sentimental value to you. We judge the photos on visual appeal, emotional appeal and compatibility to a page layout.

Do you offer revisions?
The custom-Swipe Album includes a free round of revisions; the Insta-Swipe Album does not. If you wish to revise your album, a round of revisions is $20.

How long does it take for an album to be finished?
The insta-Swipe album takes a week while a custom-Swipe album takes 2-3 weeks to be finished.

Can I choose my own photos to be used for the album?
Yes. You can upload the zip file of your chosen photos through our order form or upload it to Dropbox or any other cloud service and give us the link.

Can you include a video in the album?
Yes. We can include video clips in the custom-Swipe Albums but it can only be played on the iBooks format for the iPad.

Can I pay through other means rather than Paypal?
Yes. If you wish to pay via credit card but not through Paypal, we can send you an email billing instead. And if you are in the Philippines, you can pay us via bank deposit. Please contact us first if you prefer to pay via these means.

Do you offer a print option for the Swipe Album?
We are working on that. Please contact us so we can email you when we offer a print option.

Can I sell a copy of the Swipe Album?
Due to Apple’s restrictions on the iBooks format, the iBooks version of your Swipe Album may only be sold through iTunes U. It may not be sold through your website or other online store. However, the PDF version of your Swipe Album can be sold through any means including your website or offline store.

Who owns the copyright of the Swipe Album?
Swipe Album/SKL Media Ltd. do not own the copyright of the album. The photographs continue to be owned by their respective owners.
